a. Transportation for participating in the TTT2024
You are responsible for arranging the visas required to enter Japan, and the travel to and from the tour location.
Participants are responsible for arranging their travel insurance.
b. TTT2024 responsibilities
The TTT2024 management is solely responsible for the hotel stay and the meals at the tour restaurants. The participation fee charged by TTT2024 includes the cost of a three-night hotel stay from the afternoon of March 15th to check-out in the morning of March 18th, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The first glass of beverage at each lunch and dinner is included in the fee. The charge for the additional drinks may be collected separately.
c. Meeting point to participating in each restaurant meal
To join each tour's lunch or dinner, you must meet at the designated time and location (to be informed later).
Participants from local areas or who have made their hotel arrangements should also meet at the designated time and location to visit their restaurants. In these cases, breakfast for participants will not be included in the TTT2024 tour.
d. Optional tour
You may ask us for the arrangement if you wish to stay longer. Once we receive such a request, we will do our best to assist you with hotel stays beyond the planned period and meal arrangements outside of this period. The participant must pay the expenses for those optional activities outside the scheduled period.
e. Local transportation
We assume that we reach each tour restaurant on foot from the meeting point. If you use a taxi or other paid service, the charge is on you. All other travel and activities are your responsibility.
f. Possible changes to the schedule
The hotels and restaurants listed in the brochure show the current tentative plan. During the actual tour, these may change due to unavoidable reasons, such as capacity and availability.
g. Exchange rate assumption
The actual payments to the hotels and restaurants are made in Japanese yen. The current US Dollar participation fee was determined assuming the exchange rate of 150 JPYen/US$.
h. Payment of TTT2024 participation fee
Prospective participants who have been accepted must 1) transfer at least 50% of the participation fee to the designated bank account by December 31, 2023. By remitting this fee, we will secure your participation. 2) It is also necessary to complete the transfer of the entire fee by January 31st. (If you transfer 50% in December, you must transfer the remaining 50% in January.)
Please understand that those planning to participate who do not pay in time may lose the participation seat.
i. Cancellation of participation
If you need to cancel your tour, please get in touch with the tour management team immediately. No payment will be necessary unless the participation fee has been paid.
If you have paid a portion of the participation fee and want to cancel by January 31st, you will receive a refund after subtracting 25% of the tour participation fee.
Generally, there are no refunds for cancellations made after January 31st.
j. Confirmation
We will contact you separately by email with the total participation fee for each person, together with the remittance information.
