Tokyo Tasting Tour 2024 (TTT2024)

March 15-18, 2024, Tokyo, Japan (Just before CISV APRW 2024 in Tokyo March 19-March 24)

Would you like to participate in a culinary experience by joining our Tokyo Tasting Tour on March 15-18, 2024?

This tasting tour is planned with the PACE Foundation to gather food lovers for an exceptional dining experience! This culinary adventure is envisioned to take four days and three nights and will comprise five meals consisting of two lunches and three dinners!

The five meals for lunch and dinner will fall under one of the following categories (in the order of appearance):

1. Tempura

2. Sushi

3. Teppanyaki (Wagyu beef)

4. Seafood Lunch

5. Kaiseki

The cost of joining this Tokyo TTT is US$1,250 per person, including 3-night accommodations in a hotel in the heart of Ginza Tokyo. The price quoted is for the cost per person double occupancy. If you prefer to stay in a single room, the cost will be US$1,400 per person.

Here’s how our Tokyo Tasting Tour schedule will be!

Day 1— March 15 Arrival Day check in hotel, meet at the hotel lobby at 6:30 pm for Dinner No. 1 (Tempura Kondo, Michelin 2-star restaurant)

Day 2— March 16: Breakfast at the hotel, Lunch No. 1 (Sushi at Tsukiji) and Dinner No. 2 (Teppanyaki Restaurant)

Day 3— March 17 Breakfast at the hotel, Lunch No. 2 (Seafood Japanese Lunch), and Dinner No. 3 (Kaiseki dinner)

Day 4— March 18: Breakfast at the hotel and check out by noon. END OF Tasting Tour.

We recommend that TTT participants arrive in Tokyo on March 15 at our designated Hotel in Ginza by 3 pm so you will be ready to meet for dinner at the hotel lobby by 6:30 pm.

For those arriving on March 15, it is advisable to land at Haneda Airport (because Narita Airport may take more time for you to get to our Ginza Hotel before the start of dinner. Also, it takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by train if you reach Ginza from Narita Airport.)

All restaurants chosen for our Tasting Tour are a leisurely 30-40 minute walk from our designated hotel. All participants should expect some walking involved in enjoyable spring weather!
